Located just 10 min outside of Tamarindo in a secure development called "The Oaks", you will find a hidden gem. Situated in a tropical setting filled with beautiful plants, flowers, birds, iguanas and howler monkeys, this condo is near many of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches. Whether you like to surf, fish, snorkel or just lounge in calm waters; there is a beach nearby that will meet your needs. At the beach-town of Tamarindo, you can enjoy great food, learn to surf, ride a horse, and watch the breathtaking sunsets. When its time to rest, return to Condopaz and enjoy one of the four onsite pools and bbq facilities. Condopaz offers guest: relaxation, adventure, and beauty

The province of Guanacaste boasts some of Costa Rica’s best beaches. Within a 10-20 min easy drive from The Oaks you will find many great options:
Playa Grande – large, long beach great to surf, swim, and when in season…see turtles (not much shade)
Playa Conchal – shore is made up of millions of little pieces of sparkling white shells
Playa Tamarindo – great for beginner surfers, playing in waves, beach-town, lots of people
Playa Flamingo – known for sport fishing, body surfing, swimming
Playa Avellanas – surfing
Playa Potrero – marina, fishing, Surfside town
Playa Minas – off the beaten path, but a more private beach for relaxing and enjoying the water

In the area you can find great food of all different kinds at all different prices.

Cost varies depending on time of year and whether it is in prime season/holiday or not. There is a range from $90-$180 USD per night. For stays of 7 nights or more, discounts will be available.
Yes, you can rent outside of Airbnb by contacting us directly. Payments can be made through Paypal or direct transfer(Canada) according to the agreed upon schedule.
We are approx. 60 kilometers(38 miles) from Liberia International Airport. This takes about 1 hour and fifteen minutes to drive on the well paved roads.
It is highly recommended to have a vehicle so you are able to take advantage of the numerous beaches and beach towns in the area.
That being said, there is public transport(bus) as well as Uber and taxis.
Currently there are a high number of cases and therefore some restrictions are in place. This includes using masks in stores , some driving restrictions(local people only), and a current 9pm closure of all businesses.
In CONDOPAZ we use a cleaning service that helps us maintain a healthy/sanitary environment.

Yes, we are open to guests staying for a longer period. Pricing can be determined by the season and length of stay.
We have beds for 4 but also 2 mattress that can be laid out to accommodate 2 more people. There may be additional costs for added people.
